Your chosen number of testimonials must be used within 12 months of any signed agreement.
We will not start to contact your selected clients to book a time to capture their testimonial for you, until we have received; a signed letter of agreement, standing order mandate, the first payment and the initial client contact forms.
Payments for the six or twelve packages will be made in twelve equal payments by standing order.
All amounts stated are exclusive of VAT, which shall be charged in addition at the rate in force at the date any payment is required.
The venue of the filming must be within a 75 mile radius of your main business address (main business address as stated on your letter of agreement). Any additional millage will be charged at 50 pence + VAT per mile.
The testimonial will be provided in a file format of your choice and uploaded to our website for 1 month in order for you to download.
